- Tamarind Chutney (to your liking)

- Tamarind
- Dates
- Jaggery
- Spices (Red Chilli, Cumin and Dry Ginger Powders)

Recipe Procedure for making Pani Puri:
1) Recipe for making Pani Puri Pani (Spicy Water):

- Add jaggery, simmer until thickened.
